This clever feature adjusts the temperature of the heating plates to keep your specialty coffee hot for 40 minutes. Prepare up to 1.25 liters of coffee in just 6 minutes. The Moccamaster KBG Select Brushed Aluminum electric filter coffee maker guarantees an ideal water temperature, between 92°C and 96°C, for optimal extraction of the aromas of your ground specialty coffee. The contact time between the coffee and the water is carefully controlled to achieve perfect extraction.
