The brand's first coffee shop, it opened in 2016 in the Marais district of Paris. Because a specialty coffee deserves a beautiful setting, it was completely renovated in 2023 by the Delordinaire architectural firm. Natural materials, plants and a red earth bar to give a nod to the meaning of Araku in the language of our Indian coffee growers.

To enhance the work of our farmers, all our baristas are trained according to the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association. But we are serious without a spirit of seriousness.
